Description

This December Bell Ringer, December in Alphabetical Order, is a fun holiday activity, composed of two printable worksheets.  It combines vocabulary building with December trivia. There are 33 items in set one and 30 more in set two.

Students must use definitions, clues, and research skills to identify a set of terms, titles, and names–the first beginning with the letter A and the last with the letter Z–all of which connect to December weather, events, or holidays. The last few questions in each activity set focus on famous people with December birthdays. 

The last page is a bonus graphic organizer for writing based on the alphabetical-order theme.
