Charlotte’s Web Questions for Critical Thinking, Writing

$8.00

Description

This teaching resource for Charlotte’s Web provides questions for critical thinking and graphic organizers for writing.

First, Think Write Create, a series of open-ended prompts, provide for critical and imaginative thinking.  The items follow the novel as chapter-by-chapter activities as well as whole-book challenges. Difficulty levels vary from basic to challenging to meet the needs of individual students, such as the gifted.   These assignments address elements of literature and character analysis. Some encourage vocabulary building.  Still others provide research opportunities.

Next, twelve graphic organizers for writing help students improve composition skills.  Each writing challenge springs from a story event or character.   Some organizers are chapter related while others are whole-book oriented, but all are no-prep and classroom ready.
